Fat because the body stores fat for just that reason...to subsist on in times of famine. The muscle mass comes later as the body finishes the fat and finds there's only itself left to consume.

Muscle mass will go first because your body will whored the body fat because it dosnt know when you will feed it again. You will actually gain weight before you lose any weight when starving yourself because your body will store fat to nurture itself.

first goes body fat and then if you keep starving yourself and there is no fat to lose, then u start to lose ur muscle

first its muscle. it has the most protein. if you starve yourself, your body will attack the heart, which has the most proteins and special fats and vitamins.
