No, but if you do that a lot, you will start to make the wine a little funky.
The wines most people by to drink now, have a little leeway, but if you keep changing the temperature, it will go bad quicker.

Once shouldn't hurt it.

It shouldn't be a problem since it was at room temperature and then refrigerated. However, since you're indicating it is white wine and has been brought back to room temp, you probably want to chill it a bit longer because you don't want to serve a white wine at room temp.

Wine suffers from drastic variations in temperature because it causes the cork to leak air into the bottle. If you are cycling the wine once according to what you wrote, it will be OK if you let the wine rest for 1/2 day in the fridge. Open the wine and let it breath a bit before serving will help it, too.

No- if it's unopened it should be completely fine. Some people I know don't even refrigerate their opened wine and they drink it for several days after it's opened. So I think you're good to go.
