it's sad isn't it? I guess they're too wrapped up in being human, and not looking for Him to complete them spiritually.

I don't have the answer you are looking for. All I can say is, I hope that the people I come across see the difference God has made. It's very sad. that so many are lost from not knowing the wonderful feeling of the holy spirit. and how God can change a person completely. I don't have the answers this is just my opinion. Was a good question!

First of all, because he was not a lord, he was just an ordinary man, and that is assuming that he even existed. Secondly because if he did even exist, his message was not all that peaceful. He was an angry man with a short temper. He talked back to his parents, turned over a table in a tantrum and said that he came with a sword. He found nothing wrong with asking people to leave their families so they could follow him and "spread the word". So much for family values.

The world has minimized his importance through various media, which have diminished his earthly existence into a kind of mythology. They may see him as being a kind of "ideal" which we should all strive to be, rather than the actual Son of God (which he was, and still is). By changing him into a myth, rather than a real person, they can "choose" which of his teachings they will follow, and which they will discard. It is a pity, but we should remember that even though they choose to deny the truth, we can still pray for them.

Because He is so busy that most people feel that we are unimportant and undeserving of His love. It has been quite some time since He has been in my life. I lost my faith during my high school years.

Because it's far easeir to justify one's wrong doings and thus allow them to continue to act in whatever warped way they may choose, than to actually believe in something and try to adhere to it.
