Let her be unless she goes over the limit. It will die after some time as long as you do not return her advances. But you can have a talk and let your brother know about it. Just know it but not take any drastic action unless she cheats with someone else.
If she goes over the limit, tell your brother immediately before she blackmail you for rape.

look u have 2 way to stop this :

1- U date ur friend or smthin or go out with her , and let ur sister-in-law see this and know that u r goin out with someone even if that will break her heart its gonna be broken anyway sooner or later .
