1)Trim bread products in your diet - take out cookies,chips, bread, rolls
2) Cut back on milk products, like milk, cheese, yogurt. Add a calcium substitute and eat only fat free items occassionally.
3) Eat 3-5 oz of protein each day. Lean meats only - no hamburger, pork products
4)No creamy soups or dressings - fat free dressings only
5)No juices or sodas - no exceptions
6)Add in more vegetables and fruits
7)Double your exercise - add short bursts of time in your day.

You really want to make sure you dont lose weight too fast..no more than 2 pounds a week I think the experts say...so 20 isnt that bad...It also depends on if you have a lot to lose, water will come off first and that could be up to 10lbs depending on how much needs to go. It is possible but you cant live on Special K (although its good! :)) so you will need a backup plan as to what you are going to eat after that 2 months. GOOD LUCK! :)

nope speachail k is full of bull***** if u read the full print u need 2 b obeese 4 it w rok and even then it is very unhealthy 2 go on there diet if u wnt some proper advice e-mail me at benblueice009@gmail.com and help u out ;) as long i get da 10 points :P

Well....probably not with the Special K diet because you're not getting a lot of your other nutrients! It is healty to lose 2-3 pounds per week...any more than that is a bit unhealthy.

I would think so if you ate healthy snacks and small well proportioned meals at lunch and dinner with no snacking after six or seven at night.
