I don't have an answer to your question, but GOD IS REAL! :)
If we all evolved from monkeys, why are there still monkeys?

You should read the BIble for yourself.
It says that Adam and Eve were created first, but it doesn't say they were the only people God created.
But if they were the only ones, they could have easily had enough children to multiply and fill the earth. They didn't have birth control back then, and they didn't have TV to keep them entertained! ;)
Let's say each couple has 8 kids, which wasn't uncommon just 100 years ago:
year / generation# / people
0 / 1 / 2
20 / 2 / 8 (8 kids=4 couples)
40 3 / 32 (32 kids = 16 couples)
60 / 4 / 128
80 / 5 / 512
100 / 6 / 2048
120 / 7 / 8192
140 / 8 / 32768
160 / 9 / ~130,000
180 / 10 / 525,000
200 / 11 / 2 million
So in just 200 years, there could have been 2 million people on earth.
Some of these people may have had genetic defects and died, or since they were different, they may not have had kids.
Genetic defects are not a certainty when cousins or siblings marry, it is only an increased chance. But there were not likely to be many or any genetic defects or mutations to worry about back then; those would have likely developed over the thousands of years.

Ok havent read the bible fully, but is the story of adam and eve in there? YES.
Did "God" create all of us, or did he only create adam and eve?
Answer; Technically, God created Adam and Eve. However, do not be surprized at the fact that male and female decide to, and engage in 'sex', God decides whether a child(ren) are the result of that union.
If he only created them 2, how is it possible that they populated the earth, and we don't all have genetic defects such as people who inbreed?
Answer. The 'inbreed' stuff may have been diluted in the (ballpark) 6000 years of stuff since then.

OK Fine. You Got It. We must admit it. A fairy Tale is a Fairy Tale is a Fairy Tale. Or Not. It could be a Holy Myth.It could be a Holy Fiction. Or a holy bedtime story perhaps. How could you be so disrespectfully critical of The Holy Scripture? Just because it has so many Holes in it!!!
If Adam and Eve Populated the whole earth, every man is a brother, and every woman is a sister to each other.

No its not a fairy tale!
It is a shame that so few understand what they read. (If your from the US it may be due to the poor education system)
Somehow the read of the 6th day creation and skip over it as if it was not there. Accept that on the 7 day God rested and after his rest he created Adam and eve.
Now eve was a special creation, God originally may have though that Adam could get one of the women that were running around out side of the garden but decided to give him one of his own flesh.
So no we are not inbreed! only a xhristian and fools beleave that!

Yup, you've about got it, keep studying on more religions and keep reading about the differences between the major religions and you'll become a full fledged atheist/gnostic - depending on if you want to be hateful like the atheists or loving like the gnostics.
;)
The entire bible, and most all religious teachings, are fairy tales that give metaphor to the understanding of how the universe works with the rest of itself. While we toil and trouble here on earth, the rest of existence goes about it's own master plan without any attempt to interfere or force human nature. We're just part of the plan, and every anger, laughter, tear, joy, worry, that we produce - gives off an energy that the universe feeds on.
Imagine 3000 years ago
"If I was going to try and educate the mass of the population, even though no one knows how to read or write, or much less seen a book or a piece of writting before: how would I go about teaching them how the universe is part of everything? Oh I know, I'll make up a play, a story that will have this character named "God" and he will be everywhere like the universe, and we're gonna have a bird named "holy spirit" that flies down from the universe - err, God - and tells everyone how great evreything is... "
"Best selling book of all time" - should be changed to read "Best selling fantasy of all time."

National geographic had a special about a year ago tracing the original human. It is not only in the Bible science is also coming to the "original parents" conclusion also.
Genetic problems come after multiple generations of inbreeding.
Incest WAS a way of populating but as the population grew there was no longer a need for such.

As I have stated before, Adam and Eve as a married couple represented the Most Ancient Church and the story applies to the whole universe not just this earth. All this can be read in Arcana Coelestia Volume I.

read things besides the bible....study religions older than christianity, study them all. it's amazing how many have the same story w/ different names and little bits changed. it is impossible that only 2 people populated the earth...even w/o the inbred genetic defects it would be impossible to produce fast enough compared w/ accidental deaths (falling into a ravine, animal attacks, etc) the murders, etc. But then again, a christian will tell you ANYTHING is possible cause god said so...like i'm the dad thats why, dont ask questions or i'll spank you

well, because adam and eve is a sotry from the bible, a work of fiction. but, assuming that humans all started out in the same place, well, probably at least with a small group, we've had 10000 years to grow, and have gone from a handfull of people to over 6 billion. that watered down the gene pool enough

i personally think that the whole story doesnt fit together, and that there is no proof of god. and i have a few reasons, and i totally agree with you on that!
1. if the earth and it's living creatures had to have a creator, why doesn't god? and if you answer this with "god is just there, he is god", well then why couldn't the earth have just been there, because it's earth!
2. every culture has it's own god/gods, and if you dont believe in that culture's god, you go to hell; so why dont we all go to hell, because i'm pretty sure we dont all believe in chinese gods, and muslim ones, and so on.
3. if heaven is perfect, and god lives in a perfect enviornment... why doesn't he "bless" us with the same traits on our world... i know they say this is all a trial for man kind but why doesn't he have to live his whole life in a trial, like us...
4. they always talk of the whole armagedon thing, will the world will be cleansed of all bad people and become a perfect place... well if the world started with the 2 nice humans how come it didn't remain like that... there will obviously have to be numerous cleanings, and wat a waste of life it will be!
