Notice the word: ANOTHER?

John 14:16
And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;

if the comforter is the holyspirit as John has claimed, then why would Jesus call the holyspirit with another?
another means = another one.

So far, the Gifts of the Holy Spirit are such that we can receive 7 ministering spirits to equip the saints with their work. We had to await the germinating of God's first fruit before we could receive those gifts. That word "another" has caused Muslim translators to imply and teach that the "other comforter is Mohammed. The Bahai strand of the seed of Abraham --they teach that that "other is Abdul Bah aula. The Rastafarians teach their flock that the "other” is Selassie, a great great grandson of the seed of Solomon and the Queen of Sheba. I had a radio interview with a grandson of King Tafari Mekonnen "Haile Selassie," and he told me that his grandfather was a devout Christian. John 15:26 - "But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me." The "Seven" that empowered Jeshua were, according to God's word in Isaiah 11:2 - The Spirit of the Lord, the spirit of Wisdom, Spirit of Understanding, the Spirit of Truth, The Spirit of Fear (respect) of the Lord, Spirit of Counsel, and Spirit of Might. According to Hebrews 1:14, " Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?”
According to the Koran, the torah and the Bible, Jeshua was the only person to have the "seven" ministering spirits functioning in them--Isaiah 11:2. According to the three Holy Books, Jeshua was the only person that God “encased His Holy Spirit upon when He was on earth. See the Koran references below.
Try to figure out this logic--if all flocks of Abraham's seed want to imply that the another is their one source prophet, don't they confirm what their founding prophets taught before thier books got doctored--that Jeshua is the Messiah? Either that or they believe in re-incarnation--which is contrary to their creeds. Just wondering.

He was talking about Muhammad. In the original text it says 'the truthful one'. We all know that Muhammd was known as the truthful one before he recieved his calling to prophethood. The christians have been lead astray. At the start of John's gospel they say to John the Baptist, you are not Elijah, nor the Christ, nor the Prophet. Again this is refering to Muhammad. The Christians will tell you that the Christ and the Prophet are the same person. So when it suits christians, Jesus is a Prophet, and at the same time he is God incarnate/god's son. I use to be a christian. Islam is the truth, and anyone who is sincere would realise this. May Allah guide the christians to worship God, instead of his Messenger, who himself worshipped God, and called to this

While Jesus was on earth with his followers,he taught them as well as provided them with his help and guidance.
Hence,after his death,he told his disciples that Jehovah would send them another helper.That is in place of Jesus.
Both the Hebrew and Greek words for "spirit" are the same words that are translated "wind".Like the wind, the Holy Spirit cannot be seen;still it is an active force that can produce effects.Its being referred to as the "Spirit of God" or the "Spirit of the LORD"is evidence that it is an instrumentality that belongs to God.
Evidence of the impersonal nature of the holy spirit is found in the way it is mentioned in the Bible in association with other impersonal things such as water and fire.Also the Bible speaks of persons being as being "filled with"holy spirit,and of the spirit's being "poured forth",which obviously rule out its being a divine person,a part of a triune Godhead.(Eph.5:18;Luke 1:67;Acts 2:33
