dry a leave in conditioner, and try not washing your hair as often. Your natural scalp oils will kick in and that is when your hair looks the best.

Grease is heavier & can weigh down your hair if you use to much, I only put it on the ends of my hair before I flat iron it. I would suggest uses a hair lotion - I like Optimum's 3in1 Creme Oil http://www.softsheencarson.com/?c=13&category=44. It moisturizers the hair with out weighing down your hair, it also gives some shine.
The Organic Root Stimulator Olive Oil hair lotion also works well.

Use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. Blow dry your hair - it makes it less frizzy if you have an 'ion-powered' blow dryer. I wouldn't use grease. You could use some lotion on the roots and tips, though. There are also hair masks, which are sort of like facial masks for your hair, like mayonnaise or other products that make hair less dry. Good luck!

Use oils like jojoba, olive and almond. Grease makes your hair dryer over time.
