you can get moisterisers for your face.
use quality Like Oil of olay with added vitamins E and F.
Once your skin has sagged theres not much you can do unless you have cosmetic surgery.
Dry skin and lack of natural oils will age your skin, moisterisers will give it its elasticity

Vitamins help your skin to regenerate and be healthy.
Drink fresh water, its been proven that people who drink the reccomeded amount, do have healthier skin.

Extra information
Other things you might want to know.
Washing your face use soap with added moisteriser, Avoid cheap purfumed.
If your skin is dry, wash your face with warm water NO soap, try and keep your natural oils.
Dont use products to tighten the skin, This does work but temp, it can make your skin worse, it tightens and pulls your skin together, every time you use it your skin is actually getting worse, think of an elastic keep on pulling it and pulling it, eventually the elastic will get saggy

Okay, serious answer time. You need three specific nutrients. You need time (about three months) and you need to lose bad habits (sun-bathing, SMOKING???).
You also need to take a good quality multivitamin pill. Cut out fried food and drink clean water.
The three magic nutrients are:-
1. Any face cream containing DMAE
2. Any supplement that contains collagen (type I and III, not type II)
3. Any good quality fish oil capsule. You need between three and six grams daily. They must NOT contain vitamin A (you will overdose at this rate of consumption) or heavy metals, PCBs etc. Do not use cheap ones off the internet. Use, say, Seven Seas brand.
See you in three months sexy!!
