LISTEN!!! Let him do a lot of the talking, act interested and when you contribute to the conversation, don't hog it. Be very polite, thank you's and please's and smile and laugh--make it fun, but not wild out kind of fun...that will be for after you know each other better.

If you were on a date with me that's what I would expect. False Pretences may get you 2 started off on a great note but it will soon fade away.
If you really wanna know if you 2 can be more than just a date then it is advisable to be yourself that way even if this date or maybe a few more do not work out you can sure that someone somehwere will like you for who you are.

Always be a gentleman, meaning open doors wait for her to sit down first at the restaurant or movie, ect.
Always always escort her from your car back to her home and from the door to the car!
Smile alot and compliment her nicely not ina sexual manner...although that is not bad in a later time.
Dress casually and wear your best cologne. Women love men that take care of themselves and is ready at all times.
Pay for the date, please!!!!
Not to mention, get some flowers a single rose may do the trick, you don't have to go all out and spend a fotune just a little detail makes a womens heart glow and it will so impress...good luck and take it easy

Be yourself and confident. If you like the person, just relax and let your body language do the talking (don't be afraid to touch an arm or a hand or the back, make eye contact, smile). When talking, try to figure out what he/she enjoys and talk about it. Ask smart questions (it shows you're interested and paying attention).
Dress nice but don't go over the top (girls: less make-up is more, boys: less cologne is more).

Just relax and be cool,be effective when communicating with your partner because that way you can spot out her or his most basic interests and see how that works.
Nervousness can spoil your date so try to move away from it by telling yourself that you gonna have a great date ever OK.

dress sensibly..i mean be comfortable in what u wearing...dont overdo nething like make-up or wearing sumthing u cant carry off well...be urself n dont just fall for him in the first place...n put on the best pretty smile of urs n u will knock him down i am sure. good luck to u.
