I am 17 years old....i weigh just over 200 pounds....my desired weight is 180-190, somewhere around there. Does anybody know a diet i can take to lose 20 pounds as quick as possible??

get out from in front of the computer put your trainers on and go for a walk/run and start eating more healthily

If you lose it as "quick as possible" you pose a risk of gaining it back. You shouldnt be worried about the weight, as much as the body fat ratio. The 2000 calorie diet is good, plus Ive heard good things about this herbal supplement called Tonalin, which transfers fat into muscles. Substituting one meal for a grapefruit every day does a GREAT job. I had a friend that lost 50lbs in 3 months doing that.

use weight watchers its easy i lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks all u have to do is stay below 20 points and get all of there products

I have made my own diet and im 13.. i was 168 and i now weigh 158... just eat smaller portions... watch ur calories.. buy those 100 calories snacks...

-(try making the time to) walk for atleast 30 or more minutes everyday fastwalking to music
-have 1-2 snacks per day
-choose between lunch or breakfast
I've lost weight doing this and I hope it'll work out for you also.

Your body is in starvation mode. Men need 2000 a day to survive and that's if they're sedentary. You need more like 2400.

South beach diet. Lots of veggies and proteins minus the white stuff: white bread, crackers, anything with white sugar, rice and potato.
"Dont eat anything 3 hrs before bedtime. Not even a seed." says Oprah. Good luck.

Lots of sports, running, walking and healthy food... stay away from soda, and junk food. Drink lots of water.
