A douche bag is really a device for vaginal cleansing/ hygiene.
But in slang, it's another word for "stupid" or "dumb"...

you smell funny, don't you? LOL just kidding. I'm afraid to explain, just in case you're a kid. If you are an adult, you really should know what that is. If you in a country where they don't have a wide variety of personal cleaning products, that's what it's for. Feminine hygine. You shouldn't use it if you are a virgin, and want to clinically stay one for religious or cultural reasons. Get the idea?

i would have to say the poor douchebag is the worst. he shouldnt have you buy his dinner and then give it up. that is just wrong. but that is my opinion.

Douche is something you rinse your vagina with. The bag would hold the liquid. Calling someone a douche bag is basically a way to say they cleanse nasty vaginas, which is simply demeaning to the female reproductive organs. I think some people think anything related to the vagina is funny or a way to make fun of someone.
