Now that all depends how much the children has played with it?
If it was expensive and not been played with of course i would.

Have you ever had bubble and sqeek?
a lot of people are wondering what that is?
Its vegatables fried with pepper and salt added, better with potatoes/cabbage
Just fry it in a frying pan, until potatoes looking slightly burnt
Its a great supper with some lager.

There is lots of things you can make with left overs.
stick in into the fridge in a seeled container someone might eat it later.

A lot of things do get wasted, all depends on your budget at the time.
if you have a dog nothing gets wasted hahaha

We have leftover night once a week and the whole family has to eat the leftovers in the fridge. I let my daughter chose if there is more than one option or else i just give it to her. Have you tried turning your leftovers into a whole new meal for example leftover mashed potatos can be made into crispy potato cakes.

I ate a lot of leftovers when I was a kid. It was either that or go hungry. My parents never told me about the hungry kids in Africa or whatever the cliche is: They told me clean my plate or else.

Why feel guilty, you can't send the starving the left overs!

But dont eat them, put them out for the birds, give them to the dog/cat, if no animals around...bin it

If you are guilty about the starving in the world what difference does it make if you eat it or throw it away?
The starving don't get it either way.

my son does not eat meat, and I must prepare special food for him because of his many allergies so there is usually no left overs because I prepare just enough for him. Therefore to respond to your question no my son does not eat leftovers

Absolutely.
There aren't any calories in kiddy leftovers, just like there aren't any in anything you eat standing up!

No, but my ex-husband ate my left-overs - in restaurants. The only way I could stop him was to order tripe, and who wants to eat tripe every Friday evening?
