Hi! I don't think so..unless you are maybe just being a little overprotective. Unless of course she is asking for the wrong sort of attention..Then...of course that is wrong. Try talking with her and find out why she dresses the way she does and share your feelings with her..Fashion does dictate that the younger generation dress in a ...um..sleazy stye. Yikes!

I think 17years old is too young to dress overly sexy. If she adds subtle sexy touches to her wardrobe like a wrap dress, nice fitting jeans, flirty tops, then thats ok, there is a such thing as being sexy without having to try sooo hard. i guess be proud that she is confident enough to wear these things, but ashamed of her if she's doing it for attention, to follow the crowd, or to make herself feel better. May i suggest teen vogue

My 17 year old sister dresses the same way. Maybe you could try talking to her, but with my sister it is just her way of expressing her self. Best thing you can do is just watch out for the other guys. Be protective, you have a right, your her brother. You don't have to take pride in the way she dresses, nor do you have to nag her about it.

You don't have to be proud of her. But let her know how you feel.
She should love it that you care. That should take care of the weird felling that you are having. As far as how she dress, she's a teenager, almost an adult. Let her have her on style. You are not always going to be with her to tell her what to wear.

Shes 17 and is old enough to dress the way she wants. If you dont like the way she dresses you dont have to encourage her but you still need to support her to some extent.

a lady can positioned on inspite of she sounds like. that is not any longer morally incorrect if she needs to experience appealing. Do you anticipate her to stroll round with a paper bag on her head? particular, some human beings ought to imagine that is intense, in spite of the undeniable fact that that is her existence. no longer yours. as well, who's to say what's appealing and what's not any longer, i'm particular that someone ought to discover the paper bag appealing, so she's crammed both way.

Its personal choice. Although by dressing sexy, she is bound to attract the wrong kind of attention which she may or may not be looking forward to.

Don't be an asshole.Just be a big brother to her n talk to her how you feel about the way she dress...that it might invite trouble.Other than that tell her she can ALWAYS rely on her older (maybe not so) brother.God bless!Amen!

Dressing like about every other 17 y.o. out there. The best advice for you is to mind your own business. If someone wants to worry about it, it should be your parents not you.
