I don't recommend asking a question that's really a thinly-veiled accusation.

Is there a worst way? If you're really good friends with someone then they'll understand the way you put the question and why. If you don't know the person very well then you won't be asking personal questions anyway - or you shouldn't be, so when asking a non-personal question you can't really make a mistake can you? Relax you really can't make a mistake!!! ;0)

The worst way to ask a question is by stating it as fact, then expecting a response. You have already made your case when you do this.

The worst way to answer a question (or to ask one, for that matter) is to use that bullsh*t abbreviation that most kids these days seem to favor. Half the time I can barely understand the question they're asking, or the answer they're giving.

There are those that have poor sentence structure and cannot spell worth anything. Bad grammar is the worst....or you have those that don't ask questions at all.

Well, depends which question. If the questions are very indiscreet, usually asking them directly may annoy the person.

To word it in such an unclear way that nobody will understand what you're asking about.

By being rude, crude, disrespectful, and make no sense.
For example, some have just written the word "why ?"
Be serious, you can learn something if you try.
