i've been feeling pressure on my front teeth. I dont know what it's from. It started a couple of days. I also feel some sinus pressure. Has anyone ever felt this?

In addition to all of the above answers, which could all be correct, I would add that you can even have an extra tooth trying to come in. It's not rare. You could also have one of your normal permanent teeth blocked out (impacted) and they will make pressure when they try to come in.

You need to see a dentist and probably get an x-ray.

sounds like you are clenching your teeth at night. Sinus pressure generally really fires up the back teeth rarely the front teeth. On occasion the canine teeth tips are in the sinus but not the four front teeth. Could be a combinations of both.

Excercise to relieve stress and sleep better to relieve the clenching and take claratin to clear up the sinuses.

Your sinuses may be impacted. I'd see a doctor before the infection spreads.

I have had the same problem but it's because I needed a root canal.
