Nope. Considering that the Mini Schnauzer was #10 in AKC registration statistics last year (with 24,144 registered), I'd guess there are plenty of Mini owners in NY State.
As far as breeders, looks like there are at least 7 other Mini Schnauzer breeders in NY state:

There are THOUSANDS!! & hundreds of breeders...most,like*YOU* appear to be...just making JUNK!
IF you knew *anything* about the breed,you'd KNOW!!!

I serously doubt that. Do an internet search, ask some vets (especially in larger areas), and check the yellow pages.

What state do you live in?
I live in Australia Qld. I worked in a grooming salon and found that we had alot of them come in so they are not that uncommon but they are a pain to clip,hehe pro that is
