Depends if you are the father genetically. If she was pregnant by someone else when you met and got together, I can't see you having any rights now.

If this isn't a trick / joke question, you are too immature to be taking it out of your pants to begin with.

Maybe, depends on what happens to the baby. If you're responsible for the pregnancy, when the baby is born, you definitely are the biological father and nothing can change that!
Why did you have to DUMP your girlfriend. Was there a querrel or you'r just not ready for some real responsibility?
The issue here is not where you'r a father or not, but it rests on whether you are responsible or not! I believe your girl friend needs your support at this time.. Both of you could decide on putting the baby up for adoption but I kin a feel that when you see the beautiful baby, you might want to keep him/her. Take a bold step, get reconciled with your gf and be responsible, okay?

If you got her pregnant, you will always be a father. You shouldn't do that to her. YOu do know you can put alot of stress on her and the baby can have peoblems, she can even lose the baby. Only thing is, you left her, you better have a good job cause she's going to get child support out of you. You're responsible for that baby together or apart. So grow up and get use to it.

You'll be this child's father regardless of whether you take responsibility or not. Sounds like you aren't ready to be a man. It's a shame you didn't think about that before you had sex. There's a old saying that goes like this-"Any man can be a father, but it takes a special man to be a Daddy". In the future please take precautions to prevent this from happening again.

In your own mind! Legally...you ARE the father and can be held under legal and monitary obligations until the child is 18. Just because you abandon the mother of your child doesn't mean it no longer exists. Next time...wear a condom.

Okay number one you need to learn how to speak correctly. Number two what you did to her is horrible, this is a very emotional time in her life and you cant be man enough to stand by her even though your the one who knocked her up? And finally you are still a father, you'll be held finicially responsible by the courts, but you arent a dad because a dad is there for thier childern.

If the baby's your's, yeah, you're the father. Meaning you need to pay child support. Hopefully she's much smarter than you and ends up with a decent man who will adopt the kid and cut you totally out of the picture.

You should stick up to her now that you knocked her off. Dont be a wuss. Be a real man for once in your life and help her get through this. You are equally responsible and you're still the father!!
