I'm a college student so I don't have that much money. It doesn't mean I'm not willing to spend on her. What would be the perfect gift to get her. I know I should get a nice card but what else should i get her?

If you don't have alot of money to spend, I'm sure she'll understand. Especially if she's a college student.
You could:
Make her a CD
Cook her dinner
DEFINITELY buy her a card
Ok, well I thought I would have more ideas but that's it...but my boyfriend in college made me dinner and made me a CD and I thought it was really thoughtful.

cook her dinner, and have a flower, bottle of champagne ready for her when she comes over...
make the effort, plan everything to the utmost of details and she'll love it more than any gift you can buy for her...

do not get her a gift card its sayin "go have fun w/out me". get her a necklace or a bracelet. just go up 2 her and say u luv her. take her out 2 mcdonalds. if she loves u she will understand
