Help! I want to detox but I don't eat any fruits and I only eat corn(starch), green peas(starch), and potatoes(starch). I am willing to give up meat and bread for a short period of time but how will I keep from falling out from starvation? I do drink fruit juice but am afraid that they would be too sugary? Suggestions? FYI:This detox would be for weight loss, better digestion, and better health. I already exercise 3-4 times a week a vigorous rate for 30-50 minutes.
