If a dread of not being understood be hidden in the breasts of other young people to anything like the extent to which it used to be hidden in mine - which I consider probable, as I have no particular reason to suspect myself of having been a monstrosity - it is the key to many reservations.

"Moths, and all sorts of ugly creatures," replied Estella, with a glance towards him, "hover about a lighted candle. Can the candle help it?"

If a dread of not being understood be hidden in the breasts of other young people, - it is the key to many reservations.

Breaking down the quote, it compares oneself with the the fear of not being understood. And since the writer does not consider him/her self a monstrosity, having that same fear, then it must be only the fear of not being understood, that holds one back. In actions or in speaking.

"Moths, and all sorts of ugly creatures," replied Estella, with a glance towards him, "hover about a lighted candle. Can the candle help it?"

Can light alone make one more beautiful? And her glance indicates that he too is like the ugly creatures.
This could also be indicative of personality, not necessarily physical appearance.

The first quote is saying that from their own experience, which they think is typical, they didn't do lots of things when they were younger because they feared they would be misunderstood.

The second quote is that Estelle is comparing herself to the beauty of a candle flame, to which moths etc are attracted without the candle's control. In other words, she is possibly comparing the guy she's talking to as an ugly creature attracted to her because of how beautiful she is, but she can't do anything about that. He should just snuff out her flame, she's ugly and conceited on the inside and an unlit candle is just wax and string..

first phrase means many reservations are due to the fear of misunderstood.
the second phrase means that as candle can not avoid the ugly moth from hovering around it or dying Estella can not stop one side attraction of ugly( for her, unattractive) people and its consequences on them.

Having examine that i've got faith you have misunderstood it. It says you have 7 working days from the time of getting into the settlement to cancel it. It then says you have 14 workings days *out of your cancellation date* to return any kit to them. between 21 December and 6 January there have been 9 working days (not which incorporate 21 December, yet which incorporate 6 January).
