Caucasian is a made up, racist terminology, other than that the equivalent would be the Azeri's in Northwestern Iran, Azerbaijan, Georgians, Armenians, Chechens (in Russia), Norteastern Turks etc... Yep not so "European" after all, what do you expect, it's STUPID, RACIST terminology that modern, 21st century man, should stop using!!! There is no such thing as the Caucasians of Europe. Caucasians are in Asia, Armenia is Asian, Azerbaijan is Asian, Turkey is 99.9% Asian, Iran is Asian, Georgia is considered by most as being Asian, South Central Russia is mostly Asian. Hence, Caucasians are Asian (not East Asian), and certainly not European peoples. They may look similar to some Eastern Europeans but they're not a different branch of the human race that you could call "different" and some may even call "superior" so (everybody) get it out of your head!! But yes some Bosnians believe they come from Turkey, a small percentage of Croatians see Iran as their ancestral homeland etc... Wether these claims are scientifically proven I can only say that it's at least very difficult to do so, but the typical "White American" probably has a very similar genetic makeup to a person in Tanzania (for example), or anywhere else in the world for that matter. In fact chances are his genetic makeup is closer to at least one person in Africa than it is in the Middle East or Eastern Europe (at most), because of the great diversity in the continent.

The term Caucasian is derivative of the Caucasian mountains a mountain range that extends north to south in Russia essentially dividing European Russia from Asian Russia. Caucasians come primarily from the Northern regions of Europe evolving in a way that allowed them exposure to the sun because when African men migrated north there was not the necessity to be protected as much because it was not as intense there. Therefore Caucasian is the name given because it was in the general vicinity of that mountain range that humans evolved to have reduced melanin because the necessity did not present itself for the increased quantities of melanin for the humans residing in that area of the world

True Caucasians come from the Caucasus mountain region. But the term was broadened to include all light skinned people, including Nordic/Scandinavian, Russian, Near East/Greek/Turkish, Germanic/Dutch, Slavic, Latin, British/Irish, Franco, etc.

Caucasians came from Europe, plain and simple. Some believe that humans all came from the same place originally and spread out over a long period to become the races that we are today.

Seems likke they migrated from the area of the mid east around modern day Turkey and southward. Right about where the fighting is now taking place.

The whites moved out, the browns moved in. Been going on for ten thousand years.

DNA suggests the Armenia area of the mid east.

Who the hell walk round calling themselves Caucasian American. very last time I checked i grow to be white, definite white is a colour, it really is why I say i'm bleach white! the in uncomplicated words race i recognize of is the human race, yet is it truly a race? If there is the form of challenge for what 'we' decide on to call ourselves then who's the winner? I say this, you're you, i'm me. So what if my pores and skin is lighter than yours. My freckles are brown; so instruct I be referred to as a observed American? No i'm an American. in case you seem in history the 'races' are all mixed. in case you or an intensive ancestor of yours grow to be no born overseas, then you definately are more effective then in all probability a real American; u . s . a . of america is the melting pot!

Caucasia. It was a continent that sank, and the people from there hopped on a boat and sailed to Europe.
And you thought I was going to say they came from outer space, didn't you?
