1) Eating at least 5 servings (combined) of fruit and veggies
2) Exercising at least 30 minutes every day
3) Sleeping at least 8 hours
4) Being at a reasonable weight (BMI between 18.5 and 25, which minimizes risks of certain diseases, bmi=kg/m^2)
5) Eating a reasonable amount of calories (depends on each body and the level of activity, for me it would be around 2000 calories)
6) Doing some relaxation routines (stretching, yoga)
7) Having some mental peace (for different people it comes from different sources, mine comes from God)
8) Being nice and courteous; it helps me not to get stressed.
9) Stay away from cigarrettes, drugs and limiting alcohol intake to 1 glass per week (if that).

That's basically it.

This is similar that we may say strong means being Healthy. If you are healthy than you are strong and if you feel you are strong you are healthy. It dose not meant a person having diseases could not be healthy in some areas. On which areas he is healthy he can be said he is also strong on that areas. If you are mentally strong to protest about any discrimination you are healthy and strong also. I think this is the truth. You can say in ancient time a person if he was not of strong health, he did not a strong person. Because at that time energy to fight physically was t of strong. Now a days after civilization and modernization the concept has been changed. We can say yahoo answer itself a healthy and strong media for communication to create strong and healthy environment.

Having a lot of energy, all systems functioning at their optimum levels and my mental and spiritual condition in good vibrant shape as a result of the health of my body being robust. Having NO substances in my body to interfere with it's functioning. Having a 'clean' system.

You can run around and play basketball or soccer without feeling tired for a long time. You love the way your body looks, you're active, and you eat healthy.
