i am a dog lover because i have grown up with dogs my whole life and i just dont really like cats that much. it is fine for other people to have a cat or cats but i will personally NEVER own a cat because i love dogs too much! they're so sweet and loving and there is no better animal to cheer ya up than a dog.... a cat cant give that kind of love and care. ;-) all in all dogs rule, cats drool. ;)

I'm a dog lover because they are cute and love to move around(except the couch potato)and most times they are easy to train. But cats pretty much sleep all the time so that's your answer for my point of view.

I love both dogs and cats. My mom's allergic to cats though so we can't get one. But we have had 2 dogs (we had to put our first dog to sleep at the beginning of the year and then in June we got a golden retriever puppy), so I've kind of taken to dogs more than cats now.

DOG lover of course. I have two, my room mate has four. My lab has 11 puppies so we have 17 in the house. We just got homes for two of them and trying to find homes for the rest of the puppies. I also have a cat-Chiclet, she doesn't like the dogs!

I have had a few dogs in my life, and just never really "felt" any kind of connection with them. I have always been more of a cat person, but my husband brought home a boxer/bulldog mix that was bound for the animal shelter. It was right around my b-day, so he thought it would be a nice gift. I was a little aggrevated at first (b/c he knew I wasn't really fond of dogs), but she got to me by the end of the first day home, and now I wouldn't take a million dollars for her. I'm still not fond of most dogs, but Katydid is my baby!
