Be honest and just tell them straight out " this is not working and I think it is time we move on "
Please do not let it drag out and let the other person think they have a chance when you know it is over.
Everyone is right there is no easy way but you will not make an enemy if you are honest and nix it with no misunderstanding.

theres really no easy way to break-up with someone but heres a suggestion to make it better you can tell that person that you two can still be freinds though only if you want to be friends with that person though
