you are already a healthy weight, so avoid anything drastic. Healthy food doesnt just have to be salad, i mean homemade chips can be healthy if you oven cook them.

At your age, you still have some growing to do, so dieting isnt really an option for you. Why not offer to cook for your parents one night, cook something healthier (not rabbit food, just something substantial, tasty and wholesome, you'll find loads on the net) and see if they like it.

Firstly, eat low fat foods. Not just the fruit and veg. Get low fat meats like tuna and lean turkey. You need protein too otherwise you really will be a skeleton. Secondly, eat (again, low fat stuff) every 6 hours. This sounds odd but the idea is to keep your metabolism at a high rate and this will actually burn more fat. Thirdly, regarding salads, be creative. Steam em, try different veg like bell peppers, stir fry em, get some good tasting salad dressings. Also regarding fat loss, get a strong combined multi min/vit tablet to take everyday. Usually after breakfast. This will make sure you really are getting everything you need. Even on a low veg diet. Also try herbal fat loss tablets. Also, cut down on the simple sugars more. Sugar equals fat in the long run. Cut out the pepsis and sweets and instead go for things containing complex carbohydrates which will give you evergy but in a non fattening, more reliably way. Oh yeah, and dont just do floor exercises. Cardio will burn more bodyfat. Go running for half an hour to start with. Also try skipping and aerobics. Peace.

How do your parents 'make' you eat greasy food? Could you offer to cook some healthy meals perhgaps, try steamed vegetables rather than fried ones, if your family wants chips, ask to have your potato as a jacket instead, don't use butter on bread when making sandwiches. Little things like this will help, and the excercise will help a lot too. Salad can have so many differnt forms, you are sure to find a type you like

if you want tollose fatthen you have to be in your fat burning heart rate.
Basically, when exercising you ought to be able to hold a converstaion, walking is the best way to do this.
If you go over your fat burning zone you will start to build up muscle which is heavier than fat.

To work out your max heart rate do this
210-1/2 your age - (weight in KG X 0.11)
This is your heart rate max, to fat burn you need your pulse to be at 55-70% of this number.

Fruit juice and milk are really high is calories, steer clear.
You want to be eating about 55% carbs (pasta and potatoes, only at lunch time)
about 30% fat (practically everything else)
and 15% protien (banans, apples etc)

This will help you to lose around 2lb a week, a healthy amount.

Good luck, don't do too much to start and only weigh yourself once a week.
Take bust, waist and hip measurements as well so you can see yourself getting slimmer
