You could get a touch sensative keyboard, relatively portable. Play at work or on lunch breaks. Maybe play for an hour before bed?

hmm... Time management!

Good Luck!

It is difficult to practice the time you need with your instrument when you have to work full time. I know that happened to me too. I am presuming you work 8:00 - 5:00 PM the best thin you can do is, after work go home take a shower and eat something and immediately start practicing. I think 2 hours is enough time.

I know sometimes we get tired and we just want to come home and sit in front of the TV or just take a NAP.

You need to discipline your self and follow a study routine. After a while you will get use to it.

Good Luck.

I try to fit in about half an hour of practice when I get home from work and then on the weekends I practice an hour or two a day since I have more time. It's hard to find the time, but if you enjoy playing and you want to get better you just have to make a routine of practicing and stick with it. Good luck!

This is the test that will tell you how serious you really are about the piano. That may be more valuable to you than plentiful practice time.

The same way I work all day & practice the guitar.........a few minutes before work & then spend some time on it after work.
Sometimes we have to give up something to have time for something that's more important to us......as in not watching tv
& practicing instead......no mean feat...trust me...but as your skill improves, you'll be glad you did.

1. Work, because it pays the bills
2- 100
How important are friends, movies, nights out, dating compare to your piano?
