you will lose "weight" but DO NOT be tricked you are not loosing fat, you are only losing water, people who lose 5-10 pounds in those roosm get very dehydrated, and gain the weight back when they rehydrate, the weight you are loosong is not reall, its water not fat.

the only real purpose i could see one of these serving was if a wrestler needs to drops a few pounds. However that is not safe either

either way, not safe

The steam makes you sweat a lot so you lose water from your body. However whatever weight loss you experience in the steam room is quickly regained as you replace the water you sweated out. Therefore this is probably not the kind of weight loss that most dieters aim for. Real weight loss occurs when you burn more calories than you consume. Lasting weight loss does not occur rapidly. Rather it should occur slowly as you permanently modify your eating habits and lifestyle .

PS: to not replace the water in your body would be unhealthy.

First, you will lose the water inside you.
Unless you use the salon slimming gel, you could possibly lose a little bit of weight. It will take a longer time to lose weight.
