How often can I do tae Bo boot camp cardio (30min) and abs (35 min) without hurting my body? Is it ok to do once a day or should I go for every other day?

Thanks! I have been doing this workout for 2 weeks now with Sunday off and I am already seeing results!! I am not in anyway morbidly obese to begin with, just wanted to firm and tone :) without damage.

You can do it as often as you like just be very observant of what your body is telling you. It's very good to keep our bodies in shape but sometimes we push our bodies so hard that we don't realise we are hurting ourselves.

I just bought Tae Bo Boot Camp, and it shows 1 day on...1 day off. But, you should be able to do it more if your body is up to it!

Supposidly every day, but i would go for five days a week.
