"Super size me" shows how toxic fried food is. However is cooked (baked, boiled...etc.etc) food healthy too? Why is it that only humans cook their food?

cooked food is healthy as long as its cooked properly, baked and steamed is usually a safe bet. fried, obviously not, try mpt to use too much oil when cooking and if you do use olive oil, it has no saturated fats (but is expensive)

humans cook their food beacuse over time as techonology imporved our bodies lost imunity to bacteria and molds, and they can be harmfull to use, we cook our food to kill the things that can harm us, animals did not undergo this and therefore are still imune to many things to which we are not, this allows them to eat raw food

There are lots of ways to cook food without it hurting you.

Steaming works nicely.

It all depends on which oil you fry your food in. If you eat raw meat you can catch diseases from it. The rest of the foods taste heck of alot better cooked. If you want to be an animal and eat raw meat and food nothing is stopping you. Enjoy your short life.

nicely, concept has it that cooked nutrition a million) kills all nutrition, supplementations, many minerals and 2) even modifies them to lead them to into molecules that are "unfamiliar" to our bodies, even carcinogenic. that's unquestionably genuine for roasted issues. Cooked nutrition additionally acts as a soft sedative. we don't say "convenience nutrition" for no reason. it could make the meals acidic to our gadget, while ideally we've a reasonably alkaline Ph. I do a primarilly uncooked nutrition nutrition recurring. What happens is...you detox. Like mad. And your digestive gadget isn't used to having all of those fibers that are intact. you have to be careful to ease into it. I now upload one cooked meal each and every week. i don't be conscious of what is going on. it is so cleansing that each and every person my previous sins are popping out of their hiding place in my liver (5 years a smoker, an entire life of television dinners from a bad mom, etc.)

Some methods of cooking remove alot of nutrients. Raw fruits and veggies are the best but steaming is the best cooking method for veggies.
