Thanks for all the responces, except a few are very rude. We adpoted the dog about a month ago, she was scheduled to be spayed at the end of this month, and (BB) dude we don't plan to breed her, that was not the question asked.

Some dogs do bleed heavily during their heat cycle, this usually happens every five to seven months..... I would advise getting her spayed as soon as her heat is over.

Generally a vet won't spay them in the middle of a heat cycle as the risk of hemorrage is higher than when the dog isn't in heat, but if there is no other option they will.

she is in heat its happens yearly
