It would seem that the author/writer or singer of the song would know what she was referring to...I'm not sure "why" she would say anything about it other than to answer a question.

Since she's the artist who wrote and recorded it I'd say that's about all you need in regards to what the content is about. Plus the tiltle is pretty revealing in of itself. :-)
