If you were takin a walk in town, and our eyes met, you thought I was qute, and then I suddenly stop you and say"excuse me, could you please give me a second...do you think that I like you?" before you reply I smile and say" are you in too much of a hurry for me to buy you a drink? OMG!!! Something similiar happened to me before. A guy in a suit, decent looking, stopped and said I was beautiful. I said thank-you. But it was creepy. Try a different approach, like "hey, I just noticed you walking/talking/whatever there. My name is... would you like to get a drink together?" If you're already at the bar, she'll already have one or get one if she wants one. But if you go for a 2nd round, offer her a drink. yeah, slow things down.
