I really like this items but when I use them, rushies appear all over my neck and around chest surface.Is there any treatment for this? Please help

I doubt there is, but you should consult a Doctor. If you would like to wear those jewellery, then avoid direct contact to your skin. Wear it on top of your dress for example. Keep your jewellery clean. Clean your jewellery frequently with mild soap and water. This may help, but the effect won't be long. When you have rashes its best not to irritate further. Stop wearing for awhile and let it recover.

Yes, you probably are sensitive to the rhodium finish often used on such ornaments. There is jewelry out there made for people with such sensitivities. Ask your jeweller about them. And look for hypo-allergenic jewelry.

You are allergic to the alloys in the inexpensive metals. The only jewelry you can wear will be 18 Kt gold and maybe pure silver. Otherwise you will break out.

I think you have a nickle allergy if regular gold is fine. Rhodium and silver are not pure elements, which you should avoid,
