She's got a kid who's 11. (My friends point out that I'm closer in age to her kid than I am to her.) She's kind of hot and I could definitely hit that if I wanted to. should I?

You are 21, you work and you have a secretary???!!!!!!! Remember that it is best to keep personal relationships seperated from work enviorment. What is this big hang up about age differences anyway. Also, what goes on between the sheets should be between the two people between the sheets only. Friends are friends but that doesn't mean you tell them everything as private information is just what it means.

i think ur cutting it close.. age has nothing to do w/it in this situations cause ur not looking for a relationship and u both r adults..

but u should try to sleep w/someone who's not an employee.. just imagine how ugly this can turn out to be and remember that u have to still see this person every day that u work.. the last thing u wanna be is dipping and dodging and having a shi t t y

Your immaturity is showing. You haven't been around long enough to know that workplace romances seldom work out. And just imagine what's going to happen when everyone else at work finds out about it! And of course they will -- don't be so naive to think that they won't. And what about when the good times end? Won't that make coming to work such fun?

And finally, have you never heard of sexual harrassment? You start a relationship with your secretary and you will eventually find yourself sued or fired.

You know what ... I waisted my time encouraging you to be a decent guy after you asked if you should sleep with a model chick and cheat on your girlfriend.
You must just be horny or something and can't get none. And you're making up all these delusional fantasies.
Your sick. Go get help!

There's an old saying.... it's usually not a good idea to $hit where you eat .... if you get my meaning.
If feelings change and they will, work could become a place your not going to want to look forward to.... not to mention company liability. If your employers figure it out would your job / career be at risk?
Be careful.....

You're 21 and you've got a secretary huh? Good fantasy.
I believe they are called admin assistants nowadays. You would know that if you got a job.

Simply a one night stand? I think not. You have to work with this woman every day. I would not get involved unless you are going to get involved. Any relationship at work is generally difficult one based solely on "hitting it" is going to be far more difficult.
