Don't give up the ship! Sometimes it takes awhile before your find the right medication or the right combination of meds to work. Make sure you are taking your current medications as indicated and on a daily basis. It usually takes anywhere between 6 and 7 weeks before you notice a difference.

Hi honey I have fought depression for the last 20 years. It takes time to find the right meds. My baby is waking up so I have to go email me if you would like to talk. Sometimes it makes it easier if the other person has been there too. Good luck. You'll make it.

i dont know if u ever been told
there is no permanet solution to depression
my hobby suffers from that and he kept change medication
but now he is on a diet and excersise plan
and he is more involveed in different activities
and its helping so much
he even stoped taking his medication
so u can talk to ur doctor and see cus the side effects alone are worse than the depression itself
all the best

I've gone thru them all with no effect. Right now I feel worse and worse. I sure hope there is a way to end this.
Take care.

sometimes it takes several trial runs on antidepressant meds don't give up. also some of them have to get into your blood stream and it takes several weeks for then to strart actually working. don't give up and make sure you let the doctor know what kind of responses you having with them.

I've tried Wellbutrin, Effexor, Zoloft. They are all poison to your system. Try counseling.
