If she truly loves you, then theres probably no way to avoid hurting her feelings, BUT, if you are just honest & open with her about how you feel, & the fact that you cant return those feelings but, would like to remain friends, she'll respect you....

You telling her is going to hurt her no matter what way you do it. Just break it to her nicely and tell her that you do value the relationship that the two of you have and wouldnt want anything to happen to that relationship. But tell her that you dont feel the same way she does. But you still do care about her.

I wouldn't tell her that you don't love her, cuz then she'll feel hurt and probably pick a fight with you that may lead to a breakup. If she tells you that she loves you, just say it back. You may not mean it, but if you don't say anything at all she'll take it the wrong way.

Be honest. Life is Pain. No one can avoid it. Be gentle--not cruel, and if you can genuinely identify some things you like about her, do so. Just tell her that you don't feel it is going to work out for the best in the long run!

There is never an easy way. You can tell her that it isn't her that you are rejecting but the relationship. You're in a different spot right now and it's the relationship that doesn't fit in at the moment.
The sooner the better so she can heal and move on.

OMG, please just say it, nicely of course, but don't pretend! That just happened to me, and TRUST ME, it would have been much easier had he just been honest! You could say something like "This is going a little too fast", and just so you know, no matter how you say it she is going to be hurt~ she loves you, and no one likes to be told that they aren't loved back, but honesty is always the best policy when it comes to someone else's (and your own!) heart! Good Luck!

You can't. She is responsible for her emotions and her reaction. You're not doing anything to her. She's reacting to it.
You should be short, polite, calm, and caring, and say it in one sentence: I think you're super, but just not the best fit for me. I don't feel I can give you the same feelings back.
It could be an intense moment for her, and you have to be calm and caring, but let her be responsible for her reactions: I'm sorry that you feel hurt (notice you don't say you're sorry you hurt her--it's her reaction, after all.)

it's gonna hurt no matter what you say but the fact that you care enough to ask says a lot about your character. Just tell her the truth as kindly as you can.

I think all girls would like for men to be honest with them...so just be real and let her know how you feel....it is better to tell a girl you don't love them, then to lie and say you do...you feel me?

Just tell her easily and that it would hurt her more if you kept leading her to believe you love her when you don't. Good luck
