There are several things to examine, such as diet, exercise, and sleep patterns.
I would take diet first, and eliminate all unnatural foods. I would suggest a vegetarian diet, based mainly on fruit, with some vegetables, nuts and seeds. Drink only fresh water or freshly squeezed fruit juice.
If you follow this diet strictly for a few days, you will feel sufficient energy arising to attempt some exercise.
This is also a very personal thing, but I would recommend forcing yourself to rise early, and do a little jogging, or fast walking dependent on your fitness level.
Then, later in the day, I would recommend some stretching exercises, such as yoga, combined with deep breathing.
Then, towards the end of the day, definitely avoid all caffeine, get to bed well before midnight, and make sure that you get up when you wake up, instead of lying around half asleep.
It happens to all of us from time to time, but with a little effort energy returns, and then life becomes enjoyable again

Take 15-20 minute Power Naps throughout the day...just be sure you don't sleep too long. And if this continues to be a problem, you may have an iron defieciency, or some other nutricional deficiency, or even an illness. If you don't get basic rest, excercise, and proper nutrician, you will be tired throughout the day, so first ask yourself if you're taking good care of yourself, if so, you may want to see a doctor...

My goodness. Tired all the time can be a number of things. Because tired for no reason is a symptom of something. And the reason could be either a really small thing to a really big deal thing. And all in between. If its enough to be more then a bit bothersome, I would definitely call the doctor for an appointment.

One of the biggest causes of tiredness amongst adults in the U.S.A. is not eating right. Eat 3 well-balanced meals a day with Carbs and Protein and enough calories. Also, drink plenty of water. If this doesn't work, then you really need to see a Dr. because it is indicative of a bigger problem.

first of all have a physical exam and rule out any physical reason for it.... if all is well there, put yourself on a strict routine of going to bed and getting up at the same times, increase your vegetable intake. if you drink coffee , limit yourself to 2 - 4 cups a day. take a walk after dinner. eat several small meals during the day, will help boost your metabolism....
