A car went off the road and flipped over doing about 80mph. The whole top of the car resembled a pancake! One passenger was found 40 ft from the car.

I was only a medic for 6 weeks, and I had to work a cardiac arrest on my own! I was the only paramedic, and the only help I had was my EMT-basic partner. We really did well, but the entire time I was thinking "Oh crap, I'm the only medic on scene...". I had to intubate, start an IV, and give drugs, while my partner did CPR.
It was fun, but I'd rather have the help of another medic or two.
