Lots of ways, and everybody has their own opinion.

One standard to kick of with is pretty universal. Fast for a solid day. Drink just filtered water that day.

Next, see if you can go a whole week on a fruit/vegetable diet. Continue to drink just purified water.

After this week, you should have at least a hint of feeling better.

Follow-up with trying to work single day fasts into your routine when you feel like you need them. You body will usually tell you when its getting too polluted. Listen to and follow your natural instincts. Just by posting this question is at least a start.

I had to do this when I had a colonoscopy. I felt great for months. Consume a clear liquid diet for one day. The liquid diet should be clear and not contain food colorings, and may include fat-free bouillon or broth, strained fruit juice, water, plain coffee , plain tea, diet soda, gelatin. That night, drink Fleet Phospho-Soda, Ginger Lemon as the directions instruct. Not pleasant for the evening, don't leave your home, stay by the bathroom. Nasty procedure, but it works!

are you trying to pass a drug test? If so, or even if not, there's this stuff called Test Pure that you can buy at some herb stores or if you have a local Biker's Emporium in your area you can buy it there, it's about $30 but it works quickly at cleaning out your system but if you're like me and short on money just try the old fashioned, drink lots of water...you can even drink vinegar or pickle juice which works on cleaning your kidneys. Take a strong laxative and stop eating for 48hours or until fully empty. Only drink water for that period. Then reintroduce plain food in small amounts three time a day. Keep-off the booze, coffee and tea for at least a week

Drink lots of water everyday, take a multivitimin everyday and have a big bowl of raisin bran or somthing similar every day.

Find Leslie Kenton's book "The 10 day clean-up plan" to detox your body. I did it a while ago and I felt great for a while. I should do it again. Thanks for reminding me:)
