You just asked another question about being rejected and now you want to know if you can get any man? It sounds like your problems have to do with issues of self-esteem, and before you find the right person, you have to BE the right person. Good luck.

No. Just like I can't get any woman I want. There are things like chemistry and location that factor into it. And also, how do you mean "get". Does that mean get into bed, get to be your boyfriend, get into a well in your basement and force to put lotion an his skin until he gets the hose again.
