a pound is nothing. 16 ounces, that's just a glass of water.

Even on 1500 calories, you can gain weight if you aren't active. Without knowing your weight and activity level there is no way to really answer your question.
Some other possibilities are that you've gained "water weight," which doesn't really count, or that you weighed in different clothes, or that the zero-point on your scale was reset slightly.

Oh cool down, your weight fluctuates countless situations in an afternoon. distinctly once you're a woman. Jesus, whilst it somewhat is that ingredient to the month i will income 10 pounds in one day (actually). do no longer stress your self out over something this is a sort. as nicely, you may no longer lose 5 pounds in one week and assume your physique to stay that way (unquestionably you would be very irritable and sense like ****)

what do you weigh?? some people only burn 1500 calories a day. look online for a bmr calculator to check what your body is naturally burning then take in 500 less calories than that to lose 1 pound a week.

Weight loss is not straight line. It is a complex process.
Occaisionally you will gain small amounts.
Eat six small meals - no snax. Eat breakfast!
Drink a ton of water.
Light weights high reps 5x week.
Aerobics (TaeBo)
Vitamins.
8 hours sleep.
Keep stress low. (Meditation)
Walk everywhere.
Do this and you will lose at least 2 lbs a week avg.
Your muscles burn calories, and the water helps eliminate them.

IF YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS UNDERSTANDING ,PLEASE,PLEASE TALK TO YOUR WEIGHT WATCHER REP AND HAVE HER EXPLAIN TO YOU WHAT YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND,that is what they are there for,. to lose weight 1200 cals is the suggested for weight loss, that is what jenny craig would start you with to lose weight. my doctor would say 3lbs is good, try reving up your walk to a faster paced and longer if you put on a lb,then somewhere you are eating 500 cals , that is what puts a lb on you.if you are cheating and eating more than you think and not admitting it to yourself then you need to watch what it is that you are eating ,maybe a journal to help you find that extra hidden lb that you put on.what ever you decide do what is comfortable for you.

possibly you're retaining water. If you're not drinking enough water that will happen. You have to be patient and drink enough water until it comes right.
Otherwise if you're exercizing you could be putting on muscle at a faster rate than you're losing the fat. If you continue it will get better.

you have to actually do something.
just eating less and sitting around won't do anything for you, nor is it healthy. a combination of healthy eating and exercise is the best way.
