Time is the great healer... maybe now you're not feeling exactly wonderful and looking forward to tomorrow, but try to take each day as it comes, try to see the positives and not dwell on the "what might have beens", get out with your friends, take up new hobbies, have a make-over and bend your plastic a bit - it should help you feel better!

You don't ever get over it. You just accept it and move on. Constantly focusing on the broken heart and feelings of rejection will only make you depressed, and your getting over "it" will take that much longer at a great cost to your emotional health.

Good luck!!

Time heals it all, eventually. And a new love heals the heart best of all. But don't rush, don't do things you will regret later, just relax and take your life "one d*mn thing after another", and give yourself such treats as you can afford - shopping, or a vacation, or reading, or chocolate (careful with that one).

My bf told me, after 4+ years, that he wasn't certain I was the one for him, and couldn't we be just friends for the time being? It took me a year and a half to believe him, and I am still trying to feel better, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Spend lots of time doing things with your friends.

And remember that It must have been a wonderful time in your life to feel this bad. These times always turn into a funny memories that you will laugh at when you are living a wonderful life with that really special person.

I´m in the exact same boat as you!!

It´s very hard, but in time, you WILL get over him! Just stay busy with friends and try to spend the least amount of time alone as possible. When you´re alone, you tend to go back to thinking about him.

Time, just give your self time...... have faith in your self and go on with the life. Soon you will get over.
If you have any passion like music, painting, sports.... anything at all will help you very much to get over the pain faster.
If you do not have any, just choose one and join.

It's hard at first. Hang out with people who really like you and think you're great. Time does heal all wounds and this will pass too.

Get a Life.

No seriously, find a new hobby. In this way you will meet new friends. Enlargen your current social circle. You will feel like you belong and will meet like minded people to share your troubles of life with.

Dont just think this - DO IT.
