You never "know" that you are spiritual. Genuine spirituality is the finding of sufficient peace and grace in your life, so that it would never occur to you to ask a question such as the one you just asked.

Spiritual is personal. Religion is not! Being spiritual is knowing there are higher powers there to help you and to accept them and find your comfort level of worship and devotion!
