The odds that you will get another growth spurt at 19 are slim to none. Your height is determined by your genes and your diet in adolescence, which you're already out of.

You cannot do anything especially in that length of time. It's impossible to change your height in such a way no matter what you eat or how much you stretch.
Stretching may affect the length of your muscles but will not affect your bone length. The length of your bones is determined by growth plates that may have capped off by 19 anyway. There are surgeries available but they're very painful and the recovery time is much longer then 2 months.I'm sure that you'll get some interesting answers on this one.

I don't think it possible to grow that much that fast even if you are still growing but if I were you and it were that important I would go to the doc. have a bone age scan done to see if you have any growing left. (If you do maybe they can give you something to speed it a long.) If not then you are just out of luck. If you have any growing left and you have the time....I woul focus on nutrition and sleep and vitamins.

Hmm, as a last resort, try a little more protiens, lots of stretches, swimming, and hang on a pullup bar for 10 mins, increase slowly to 20 mins.

O and of course, yoga to keep stress levels low too.

Al the best.

Mostly agree with what everyone else has said so far, but don't forget to sleep a lot at night too so your body can repair itself and grow. Get at least eight hours of sleep. Drink a lot of water.

Is it a military thing? Hmm.

do lots of stretches and train yourself to stand perfectly straight at all times. you would be surprised how many people are really taller than they appear because they slouch. it may not give you 2 inches, but ill bet it will increase somewhat

Sorry, but 2 inches... as you are 19, you will probably not grow any taller.

there is no physical way to increase your height unless god intends it. you didn't say if you would be measured in you bare feet. if not you can buy shoes with built up insoles which make you appear taller, but remember being dishonest can sometimes lead to greater problems.
