To make what official? I wouldn't be making wedding plans. If you are talking about sex, that depends on how you spent the first two dates, and how well you knew them before the first date. If the first date was the first meeting, I would say it is too soon. You will not have a clue as to this persons true character. If it is someone you have known for a while and you can truly respect them (not just lust them) then I say go for it.

It is never too soon as long as the feeling is mutual. Talk about it, if it is then congrats.
