A blonde friend of mine was getting real tired of hearing blonde jokes, so she decided to do something about it. In order to prove that not all blondes were stupid, she spent a couple of days studying a United States map and memorized all the capitals for all the states.
The next time she was with a group of people, someone started telling a blonde joke. "Hey," she said, "Not all blondes are stupid and I can prove it. Give the name of any state and I'll tell you it's capital."
So someone called out "Vermont".
"V," she replied with a smile.

Blondes aren't all stupid. There are just a lot of stereotypes and blonde figures that make blondes seem stupid. And its just a form of generalizing. Those with red hair are supposed to be adventurous and energetic. Those with black and dark hair are supposed to be intelligent. The blonde is classified as being more of carefree, but being too carefree can sometimes be categorized as just being stupid.

Blonds arnt stupid. Its just what pop culture has showed us. In turn the blondes who grew up watching all these stupid shows like the girls next door or whatever think that thats how blondes are supposed to act and neglect things like school and culture. Dont listen to the steriotype make up your own mind from personal experience. If you still come to the same conclution then good luck on life in general =D

i think it's just because a lot of women (at least where i am) who are kinda bitchy and wear too much fake tan are bottle blondes. i've always thought that blonde jokes targeted these kinds of women, not natural blondes.
not all women who dye their hair blonde are stupid, either. maybe it's just where i live that has all the stereotypes making a show of themselves and infuriating all other women with blonde hair out there.
