Almost all important doctrine is completely agreed upon between Catholic Christians and other Christians.
Here is the joint declaration of justification by Catholics (1999), Lutherans (1999), and Methodists (2006):
By grace alone, in faith in Christ's saving work and not because of any merit on our part, we are accepted by God and receive the Holy Spirit, who renews our hearts while equipping us and calling us to good works.
There are some minor doctrine issues and some major cultural traditional differences which, I believe, do not matter that much.
A Catholic worships and follows Christ in the tradition of Catholicism which, among other things, recognizes that Christ made Peter the leader of His new Church and Pope Benedict XVI is Peter's direct successor.
With love in Christ.

They are all the same religion. Christianity is a religion. Catholic and Baptist are denominations. And there is no "the" difference between Catholics and Baptists. That's like asking, "What's the difference between an octapus and a giraffe?". If you really need to know, take the time to do some actual book-learning reading.

They are all Christian in the sense that we uphold the essentials of the faith usually. The main differences are the source of authority. In Roman Catholicism God's word is the bible, tradition, and the teaching of the church from the pope and cardinals. In Christian churches the authority is usually solely the Bible as is the same with Baptists. The Baptist churches main distinction comes in believing in and practicing believer's baptism only and the autonomy of each local congregation.

The first two are spelled right?
Seriously, "Christian" is a broad term that includes the other two belief systems that you listed. Catholics and Baptists have significant differences in their beliefs, though they share (as do all Christians) the belief that Jesus is part of god and came to Earth to die to pay for our sins, and that faith in those claims is the sole route to heaven.
Catholics have a lot of additional beliefs having to do with Mary, and a Pope, and that kind of thing.

All Christians, the big difference is: Catholic pray through mother Maria and they repent their sins by talking to the priest. Baptist are Christians who believe in being batiste (as adults after being saved), by water. So all are Christians there are just minor differences they do not agree upon and therefor distinguished between them.

Catholics and Baptists are Christians. They are different parts of same origin. Orthodox are also Christians.
First Church has been divided between Catholics and Orthodox in 1054. for many reasons.
After that there was split between Catholics and Baptists in 17th century, and about that exist several different opinions.

I think the only difference is they doesn't recognize each other. I think they are discriminating each other. The main similarity is each religion there are some black sheep telling people that the other religion is fake. We should respect all the 3 religion. We should not have in mind that only one is real and the other 2 is fake.

They are all Christians. A Roman Catholic is an Orthodox or traditional type Christian. A Baptist, is generally an evangelical type christian. The evangelicals in general do not use church tradition as part of their faith, they rely on the current day reading of the Bible by the current day scholars.

I don't think you should get your answer from here.
Catholics and Baptists are christian.
Christians believe that God sent his son Jesus to earth for our salvation.
Catholics believe Peter was the head of the church, because in the bible Jesus told him that in this rock Peter will build his church. So the pope represents peter.
Can't say anything about baptists because i dont know much about them.
