if you treat the marks during having chicken pox there will be no marks, try calamine lotion and cocoa butter, but of my daughters had chicken pox at the same time and that is what I use and neither on of them had any marks from having chicken pox, also soak in an aveeno bath every day

It almost always goes away by itself. Very rarely is there ever a scar caused by chicken pox.

The best thing I can think of is Mederma; it's expensive, but man does it work wonders! You can get it at any drugstore.

Less expensive, try pure cocoa-butter. It really works, too.
