ok but what if ur a girl,the same thing,just put a towel around urself?

i live in the " sauna belt " ( which consists of northern Michigan, northern Wisconsin and northern Minnesota ) 95% of people here have a sauna. the purpose of a sauna is to cleanse the body, the heat from the steam ( water poured over hot rocks ) opens the pores and expels impurities. it's very good for the complexion. and NO you do not have to be naked.. a swim suit will do or sport bra and shorts etc... although , naked is best.

A sauna is a good place to be naked or with a towel on.

uhh yeah its a place where you have to sit and sweat. and put a towel around your waist.
